The Mirror

This project involved the construction of a six-story, state-of-the-art mixed-use building designed to accommodate both commercial and residential needs. The building’s striking façade is characterized by a dynamic interplay of materials and textures, including large glass panels and sleek, angular lines that create a visually captivating structure. The first three floors of the building are dedicated to commercial office spaces, providing a total of 12,000sf of premium office environments. The upper three floors house luxurious residential condos. The top floors feature a specialty designed turf rooftop terraces. Create served as the contractor for the tenant build-out for all the residential units and two floors of the commercial spaces. Managing the simultaneous construction of both commercial and residential spaces within the same structure required precise coordination and planning.
