The St. Pete Athletic project involved the construction of a 45,000‑square‑foot urban country club comprised of multiple indoor pickleball courts, a full‑service restaurant, gym, and retail spaces. The project was delivered through a strategic multi‑permit approach, including early‑start demolition, phased renovation permits, and a new building permit, allowing construction activities to proceed efficiently while later design elements were finalized. Our team coordinated closely with the design team, ownership, and local permitting department to sequence work across multiple permit packages and construction phases, carefully aligning inspections, life‑safety systems, utilities, and specialty athletic installations. This approach minimized disruption and compressed the overall schedule—allowing portions of the facility to open and operate while construction continued in other areas of the site. The successful delivery of St. Pete Athletic demonstrates our ability to manage complex, phased construction projects in St. Petersburg requiring detailed permitting coordination and disciplined execution in active, community‑focused environments.
