Perry's Porch

Perry’s Porch is a waterfront restaurant located at the gateway to the St. Pete Pier in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. The project was designed to reflect the city's historic character while embracing its prominent waterfront setting. The facility includes a thoughtfully designed indoor dining space, full-service kitchen, bar areas, and an expansive wraparound porch overlooking Tampa Bay.

Drawing inspiration from the legacy of C. Perry Snell, the project incorporates architectural elements that celebrate St. Petersburg's history while creating a contemporary destination for dining and community engagement. As a key component of the Pier district, Perry's Porch has become a highly visible waterfront venue that enhances the visitor experience and contributes to the ongoing revitalization of downtown St. Petersburg.
