Al Lang Stadium Renovations

Following significant damage sustained during Hurricanes Helene and Milton in 2024, Create completed a fast-track renovation of Al Lang Stadium to restore the facility in time for the following soccer season. The stadium experienced more than four feet of flooding in many critical operational areas, requiring extensive electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs and replacements throughout the facility.

In addition to the building systems restoration, the project included comprehensive interior renovations of all affected spaces, including locker rooms, team store areas, offices, support spaces, and other stadium facilities. Work encompassed the replacement of finishes throughout these areas, restoring the stadium to a fully operational condition.

Create worked closely with City staff, engineers, and project stakeholders to accelerate design, procurement, and construction activities to meet an aggressive schedule. Through proactive coordination and a collaborative approach, the team successfully returned the facility to operation for the following soccer season.
